I don't mind the "Mercedes" badging but you have to realize rebadging is huge in the ricer world so even if it "belongs" I would rather personalize my car in a different way. I actually prefer de badging.

I personally have a small ///amg sticker on my 08. The "unusual heritage" (gonna have to quote FP on this one) is what I think makes this car so sexy.

After all this banter back and forth, I decided to buy a chrome AMG badge and stick it on the black insert behind the wing. Now when the wing goes up, people can be utterly amazed at what's under the hood. Now everyone behind me can see AMG and wonder just what the hell is going on around here.

Hmm ..... an NA with grandiose ideas as to its heritage.

I don't mean to be rude... But there is no other way to express my feelings on this subject. I know the old saying... "It is your car and you can do what you want".... But in this case they need to be stopped from doing this because putting an Amg badge on a non srt car is absolutely rediculous.
