Default Test drove a 350z then...

...a few days later a Crossfire. Bought the xfire Wednesday

2004, limited, dark grey with silver trim, red/black interior.

This is by far the best car I have ever purchased. I will have to try to get some pics up. I have not owned a sports car for about 10 years because of an accident I was in (not my fault) that kind of shook me up a little. The car has nice safety features and feels very solid.

Congrats on purchasing the Crossfire. The z350 is a great car, but you see one in every ten cars. Now the Crossfire is an even nicer car and you see them every so often. Plus, with the Crossfire, you will see a lot more people going like this  Haha. Post pictures as soon as you can. I love that cedar interior.

They didn't make a "limited" for 04. No trimlines were available for 04. However, the 04 crossfire is essentially equipped with the same stuff as the 05 limited.

Well that depends on where you live, here in Seattle you see 350's a few times a day and this past 2 weeks the Xfire's been catching up. Eventually it'll be as common, no way to stop it at that price point. Theres room for both out there..its just to see 2 very well designed works of art on the road amidst the trash;)

Depending on how long they build the xfire and because i think they will not build more than about 1/2 the amount of 350s' or less!Because Nissan needs that amount and they will make that#.DC doesn't need to and their plan is more limited is better for them. You made agood choice.

Hmmm... I said limited because I thought there were 3 models and the base had only 1 color but I see now that is on 2005 models. Mine is a 2004 and it does have silver trim (almost a brushed aluminum look) on the windows, side vents, and handles. Just like the one in the logo for this site. Maybe you guys don't call it trim but I don't know what else to call it. I will take pictures soon.

What Heb is saying is that the 2004 model had only one "trim" level, fully loaded. The only real options for the 2004 were Auto Trans., ASP Mud & Snow Tires, and some limited accessories like the lighted sills and such.

The 2005 is a much stripped down model. If you get a 2005 Limited, you get all the "options" that were standard on the 2004.

Nobody doubts that your 2004 has silver trim. ALL of the 2004's have the silver trim you describe. Though some people (mostly those with black) have had that window trim painted to match the body.
