Average Gas Mileage
First week with the car and from full to the green bar before the large red strip on the gas gauge I got 331 miles out of that , my dad paid for the first fill up on it and he put 89 not listening to me , that was with city and hwy miles
26 mpg on 89 octane
I just paid 52$ to fill on 93 so hopefully the fuel Eco should be better now
This car isn't as thirsty as the ads online say

I've always gotten 22-25 mpg in my SRT. Once when I kept my foot out of the throttle on a long drive, I got just under 28.
But then SSB metallic is always smooth like dat ;-)

Just got $74.40 worth of free gas......BP credit card $3.67/gal price reduction on 20 gallons. Final cost 22.9 cents/gallon for BP 91 octane.
Ran Fred to 374.8 miles on the trip meter....low fuel light came on at the 335 mile mark.....
Was able to put 15.1 gallons into Fred then 4.9 gallons into a 5 gallon can.
So, 374.8/15.1 = 24.82 mpg. Much spirited driving in that tankful. I believe that on a long steady 70 mph trip you probably could hit 30 mpg.

A hair over 7.000 miles since the last oil change......FSS says 1,500 miles left before next oil change.....letting me go over 8,500 miles between oil changes.
I figure there was about 2.4 gallons left when the low fuel light came on....2.4 x 24.82 = 59.6 miles

I usually average 19-21 in the city and 27 or better on the highway. On our return from the dragon my last fill up was in the evening and I did not refuel until 348.7 miles later and it took just a hair over 11 gallons for an avg of 31 mpg. I run sea foam though my tank about every 3-4 months, new Plugs thanks to Chuk and I am sure we blew some of the carbon out on the Hellbender...
and always watch the tire pressure.

That is correct. I was following Inge and Jack Harry and since Inge was leading I would say the average speed was 78mph.
I get 28-29mpg at 75 on a perfect flat highway, with no wind.
23-25mpg at 80mph on same conditions
I have noticed that wind speed has a dramatic effect on fuel economy.
This is all based of my dash command
**edit: this is with my spoiler down. I took the fuse out a while ago, 80lbs of downforce and 80lbs of drag is not necesary on th highway, its like carrying another person

Weird. I averaged 24 in town with the V6 getting on it all the time, and 30+ on the highway with cruise set at 75-85. I pulled off like 34 one time IIRC.
Not sure about that one. Kinda like saying the anti-roll bars are superfluous. You don't want to know too late when you needed it.
Here are some gas mileage records from my receipts:
(04 XF 6 spd, 33K miles, no commuting, minimal stop and go, A/C only when needed, upshift asap, lots of 45-65 mph driving, basically granny driven)
408.1 miles 14.5 gallons 28.14 mpg
325.8 miles 10 gallons 32.58 mpg
387.9 miles 13.5 gallons 28.73 mpg
431.5 miles 14 gallons 30.82 mpg
213.2 miles 6.58 gallons 32.4 mpg
418 miles 14 gallons 29.85 mpg
403.6 miles 14 gallons 28.8 mpg
424.3 miles 14.07 gallons 30.15 mpg
