you guys know that silver trim that goes around the windshield? the driver side seems to be getting lose and im afraid its gonna fly off. anybody knows how to fix it? thank you !

 

It's held on with clips. Take it of and see if you can do something about it.

 

Softly take your fist and try to snap it back down in place. There are 4 or 5 clips along the sides to keep it fastened tightly. If it will not snap back tight, then I would remove them as suggested and see what the problem is.

PS. The top center piece locks (traps) the side pieces in place. If you plan to remove the side pieces, remove the center first.

 

And if you do decide to remove the side pieces, place some duct or masking tape on the trim down under the fender. That way you won't scratch it when it pulls loose against the fender.

oh man ! i didnt think i would have to take the top one off, its there a direction i should pull or just pull it ( i dont wanna brake anything. had this car sense 04 but for the past four to five month it seems like every time i fix something another thing goes wrong! i hate to sell it its only been pay off about a year and a half, im just starting to injoy no car paiments thanks everybody for the replys
