Default Installing aftermarket radio?

I've been trying to install an aftermarket radio for my crossfire but it's like none of the plugs match up. The main radio cable from my car is too big for the port on the radio and the antenna cable looks like it would go somewhere completely different. It doesn't even have an outward prong thing. Do I need some kind of adapters or special plugs for it? I really don't want to have to splice any wires if possible.
