Default Warning about another forum member

I would just like to inform everyone about another forum member named "Crossfireracr"
A couple months ago, I "purchased" a stock exhaust system from him for 120$.
Purchased as in sent him money through paypal. He sent me a picture of the exhaust but kept giving excuses for why he couldn't send it. I saw that this guy was a major flake and contacted paypal to retract my payment. Apperantly, I sent him the money "the wrong way" under personal transaction and long story short, they wouldn't cover my loses.

This is a post warning everyone of this member. Thanks for reading

Where does he live?
You have his name and address? Surely he could get lucky and have all sorts of good things happen to him.

Did you ask him to send the money back if he can't send the exhaust? If he is at Ft Hood then he must be in the Army, maybe you can contact the command about one of their soldiers stiffing you.

Yeah I did ask him to send the money back. He told me he didn't have it. He had withdrawn it from his bank account.
I never thought of contacting command...has to be worth a try. next step: call uncle sam and ask if Ricky Serrano is there

If in fact he's in the military, they take a very dim view of service members acting less than honorably. I dare say after his CO "speaks" to him it'll be the last time he'll pull a stunt like this.

Thank you for your support guys. Hey Bill or vall, are there certain ways to go about contacting military personel? I have no experience with their system of communication

You have his rank, facebook id, car tag number and he is at us Army ???
"Sergeant at United States Army"

Blind dog could find him, call the post commander and rail on him, have email backup to send the CO and have at it.

I don't think this is going to help, but I sent him a message. This won't help you, but he will be banned if he does not respond. I'm sure he doesn't care, but have to do my due-diligence.

You can go here and look up numbers or see if Public Affairs can help. But first I would send him a message and tell him what you plan to do and also see if FP's assistance will help.

He has responded to me via PM, and says he's waiting for an answer from you. I will PM you both, and take it offline.

Thanks,

Exhaust all possible avenues before contacting his unit's 1st sergeant. If anything threaten to contact his unit and that should set him straight. The last thing any service member wants is their command getting into their personal lives. Especially if he is having trouble with finances.

Speaking from my time in service and my dad's.

You guys are sure forgiving, not me. If anything I'd wait until I got my money back and then let his superiors know what went on. I always think revenge is sweeter when its served up cold. I have waited years for some pay back time.

From what I see this guy was going to renege on this deal and keep the money, no mercy from me ..... ever.

You need to take up knitting to calm down. You are getting too old to act like that. A good beat down would be more than enough. Take someone's money and run. What was he thinking? Military or not. Get your head out of your *** kid. Exhaust systems are a ***** to ship as yo very well found out but not before spending the guys money. Drop and give me fifty and return the guys money.
