Sunroof
Sunroof
Awhile back there was a thread about a Xfire with a sunroof and it turns out it was by Webasto. I found out that there is a Webasto dealer/ installer in Chambersburg, where most are staying when you attend Carlisle. Sooooo ... if anyone wants a sunroof, might be a good time to do it.
Re: Sunroof
I don't know, I saw the product list, there were several different styles with a couple options on each but no price list. You would have to call. I found by going to Webasto site then locating dealers. They look interesting.

I am older and wiser, but not richer now, so I guess I'm stuck with my piddly little N/A.
BTW: I named it "Little Red" in honor of Danny "Little Red" Lopez.

I owned a accessory business from '89-08 and installed tons of sunroofs from all the big names, Autoport , CL Lawrence , Webasto , Donmar etc. The Webasto and Donmar were the worst quality. I would not put one in my Crossfire if I liked how it looked , were free and Installed by the manufactor technicians themselves .
Re: Sunroof
Have you ever heard the old saying that a boat is just a hole in the water that you pour money into?
Well an aftermarket sunroof is pretty much just a hole in the roof of your car that sucks your money out.
Hurts resale value.
Interrupts the continuous "flow" of the Crossfire's major design feature, THE SPINE.
Potential source of future water intrusion.
Possible structural integrity issues.
