If your problem is the same as in this PDF then it is a simple fix.

Perhaps you are new to your Crossfire & welcome to the Forum.
Your "sticky key" is an "age old" problem common with the first couple of model years, & well documented here with excellent instruction, as onehundred80 posted. Repair or replacement are both options.
If you're not a do it yourselfer, your best bet may be an honest, Independent repair shop specialized/experienced with Mercedes/German cars.

Also if you take it to an independent, it wouldn't hurt to take them the repair instructions in onehundred80s link. I suggest printing the out.

Is it true that this only happens to 04 , 05 and 06 years ?

That was a statement, not a question.
Some early ignition switches may be on a few later year cars, it also may be true that some late 06 cars may have the new switch.

Yes, should unless someone swapped it out
