How many days have you needed rental/loaner
I was curious to see how often Crossfire owners have used the Premium Care rental/loaner program when their car is in for repairs or routine maintenance. Please reply in the poll only if you have owned your Crossfire for at least 1 year so that the results will better reflect the frequency with which the owner has taken advantage of the alternate transportation and for whether it is mostly repairs or routine maintenance. Use the total number of days you have had the vehicle not the number of times you've used one. Also, if you feel this poll is even worthwhile, you might want to include and whine about what types of vehicles you get when your baby is in the shop.
I'll start - I've had three vehicles (Durango, Durango, Liberty) for a total of 5 days.

My car was out for one day, as they needed to buff the hell out of it. The day i got the car it had swirls all over it. Now about 95 percent is gone, it will have to suffice. I got a pos sebring sedan, with both pillars missing and the fuel light was on, great service eh?
So far no one has beat BMW for taking care of their customers. No matter what it was, they didn't ask questions, and just did it.

All I've had done at the dealer is oil changes. They usually only take 30 minutes so I never bothered to get the loaner. I figured it would take longer to get the loaner than it does to just wait for my car.

My Crossfire was in for 3 days to replace a sensor in the oil pan. They had to wait for the part. I was given a Chrysler Concorde to drive. Car was o.k., just not to my taste.
I guess it all depends where your dealer is located and what rental car company they have a contract with. In Carlsbad, CA on an extended visit, Bob Baker Chrysler put me into a Jaguar and G. Cherokee LTDs. Here back home in San Francisco, I was given an Infinity I30, Dakota, and most recently, Jeep Liberty for a week as they replaced the dash module.
Per Enterprise, going forward, Chrysler customers needing a rental whether in a rental program or not, will only be provisioned Chrysler cars.
