Default Should components work without PCM connected?

Hi.

I have a question. I have a car with disconnected BCM/ECU. And i dont know if the PCM only control the engine or more component.

Like the door locks, window motor and car seat motor. They are all non functioning.
And i dont know if it is a fuse or because the BCM/ECU is missing?

I think allncomponents around the car should work without ECU
But i am not sure. Please help me out!

Look at the wiring diagrams and see if you think it is a part that is dispensable.
