interior noise
I have the Michelin Pilots on my Crossfire.
I have always felt they were very quiet tires.
Recently, here in CT, on Route 15, the famous scenic Merit and Wilbur Cross Parkway they did some repaving.
On the older pavement, just prior to the new tar, the crossfire is very quiet at 65 MPH.
Recently, when going onto the new tar surface I was utterly amazed at just how much MORE quiet the ride was. There was essentially no noise.
That said, I just wonder how much noise you are hearing from your local road surface?
There is a product called Dynomat that allows you to insulate your car from noise and heat.
This product would go under your floor mats and such.
BTW, Diesel... do you play the RADIO at all? It helps... ;-)
