Default Shifting problem

I was just wondering if anyone has encountered a "stickiness" when shifting from first into second on the 6-speed? It kind of feels like the shift is getting caught on the reverse notch (to the left), even without pulling up on the shifter. Is this normal?

Everyone who has driven my car has noticed the problem. I can live with it, but I wonder if I should have the dealer look at it? All the other shifts are very smooth, and the shift from first to second seems to get a little smoother once the car warms up. I have read a few posts about the 6-speed popping into neutral, but this has never occurred. I don't know much about transmissions (this is my first manual car), so any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...

Thanks for the bulletin...I will be calling my Chrysler Dealership immediately. My shifter is very sticky.
