Smile Thanks for the sunroof model info!

I will check it out. The key beyond that is finding someone to do as good a job on installation as you got there in Tacoma. Yours looks great from the inside too, which is no easy task given the contours of the coupe headliner. I took another look at my headliner today & became even more amazed!

I'm not sure I can find anyone here in my small Florida town (or even reasonably nearby) to do it, but I may make some calls. Once I get back to Metro Detroit in June there will be plenty of vendors for just about anything automotive. At least that's been the history; hopefully they haven't all left town yet.

I would be more than happy to provide you more pictures once I get batteries in my digi cam - which should be today... I will get some better angles and lighting... seriously... I was amazed at how perfect - literally it is great looking.

Anytime!! It was a pleasure. I still think we need to put together a little barbeque on a Saturday or a Sunday. I can have an open house. You didn't even get to see the back shop!! I have a woodshop with a table saw, an inverted mechanical pin router, nailers, staplers and such. In the metal shop I have a 200 amp miller wirefeed with aluminum spooler, 9 inch cold saw, floor mount bender, 37 inch pexto shear, 48 inch inco finger brake, whitney punch etc.

Current projects inshop are:

1930 desoto, seat reupholstery, complete wiring

harness.
1934 ford tudor replace head and amplifier.
2002 suzuki gsxr1000 60 watt amp fibreglas pod
for two 6.5" two tweeters and Ipod mount.
1998 ultru classic for satellite radio, Ipod input
and our 6.5" speaker conversion.
2003 chev van, insurance replacement Avic N2
And drop down 10" screen.
2006 jeep wrangler, compete system with
diamond d6 top-end, multipleamps, backup
camera, remote start, etc.
1972 delta 88 coupe, our project car, I have
no idea when or what we'll do!

Well now that I know where you are, I will have to come down and hang out a little but more often. It is nice (as when I had my Jetta) to share a passion for a VW - and I am sure that your knowledge on how to do things will rub off on an untechnical guy like myself... when it comes to wires... I am blind!
