We couldn't get the St Louis media in the loop at all. I think it was a big factor on which we missed a great chance to sell tickets here.
If the folks in Michigan are up to it, I'll be glad to sell them a chance at this beauty.

Basically........ any time on Friday would work. It'll be busy all day, but the evening hours are when there'll be the most people. Woodward is basically useless as a road the whole week leading up to the cruise....... it's gone from a one day event to a month long event in all reality.
A couple years ago, a few of us took about a 12 mile trip down to Royal Oak on Woodward, it was a Friday, it took 3 hours.
I'm trying to talk John Book in to coming thru Tennessee and meet me and come up for friday nite and saturday ,,,,,, who knows we may make it ,,,,
Besides I would like to see Michigan again .....

Reservations made.
Molly and I will be heading out of Indy after work on Friday night, if there is anyone else coming from Indy or through Indy around that time, let us know
If not, we will see all your smiling faces around 10-11 just like last year. Perfect timing for the parking lot party.
Jim, let me know if you would like some more Leine, we will have room this year, since we will have shade, no need to bring a 10x10 canopy

He'll be in the SRT so at least he won't be the "roadster with a stick"! (sorry everyone......I just couldn't stop myself)

Made my reservations for Thursday, Friday and Saturday with the King bed and sofa.
I could change that.
I snore (really bad) but if you can stand it I'll convert the room to a double.
I will not be there until very late Thursday so let me know your plans.
Assuming, of course, you dont mind a crabby old Indian for company???

THURS - Early XFire arrivals can cruise Woodward and meet for an informal dinner at a TBD location. Somewhere on Woodward (Duggan's, Como's) or in Royal Oak would be good. Any requests? I'm happy to make the reservations.
FRI - A lot of folks are coming in early to see the concept car (Ray -again, GREAT job man!) at the museum, so maybe a lunch and then meet at the Chrysler museum from 2-4. Once I get a headcount, I can set up a tour with the museum staff.
Then; meet/greet/tailgate at the hotel lot until about 6 when we drive over to The Red Ox for dinner.
Go cart racing, Woodward cruising or hotel lot after that.
Note: Cart racing could also go before dinner. Rob-Can you handle details for this event?
Also, my driveway detail area (approx 10 mins from hotel) is open for out-of-towners who want to clean up their cars anytime Thurs/Fri and early Sat a.m.
SAT - Meet at hotel lot around 8:30 for a 9:00 departure time to the display area at 13/Woodward. Everyone is on their own for Dream Cruise activities, lunch, etc...
Dinner is at 5:30 at the Moose Preserve (I'm still working to push this time back a little). After dinner, either back to the hotel pkg lot or cruise Woodward until they close it (usually at 9).
SUN - Open activities (photos, BSing in the pkg lot, etc...) as most depart. Some (including me) are headed up to Mackinac Island for a northern Michigan tour. Judi (MsGump) is handling the details.
We're sharing a free, shaded spot with the Prowler group at a location sponsored by Chrysler. The link to the Prowler club's activities is: 16th ANNUAL WOODWARD DREAM CRUISE 2010 ACTIVITIES AND ITINERARY - ProwlerOnline, Plymouth/Chrysler Prowler Discussion Forum
The agenda is coming together nicely, but still tentative, and therefore easily adaptable to further input. Give me your thoughts.
Gary - Both Fri & Sat nite dinner locations will have reserved parking for our group & reader board welcome. Let me know if you want to bring any CICCI banners for display at the restaurants.
All - Be advised that Squirrel Rd has major construction going on from University Rd to the Chrysler HQ, for those of you that use that route.

All - I was at a 3 hr future Chrysler product presentation at the museum this morning and was able to visit with the staff to set up our prototype visit on Fri 8/20. We'll be parking in the circular drive in front of the museum, so bring a camera for the group shots. I'm thinking we should get there around 1:30.
