FYI... I just finished baking seven dozen from scratch oatmeal, cranberry, chocolate chip/chunk pecan cookies. Does anyone have some milk? It sounds like a nice snack by the fire... just sayin...

US129 photo shoot
I have requested to have a photographer to be present at the lodge on Saturday morning @ 8:30am to take a group photo on the lawn.
Erzer (Eric) has the details as to where this area is and has gotten permission from Fontana Lodge to park for a group photo.
They will also take random photos of our cars with the beauty of the Fontana Lodge grounds in the background.
They will not be at Fontana Dam this year so our time there will be much less than in the past.
The plan is to then proceed from the lodge to the "Fontana Dam" for a second gathering but for a shorter amount of time than in the past.
We can then form groups with leaders and head out for the various daily runs.
Some of the new folks attending can enjoy seeing the Dam for the first time and others can enjoy being back.
A meeting will be held for ALL DRIVERS in the lobby at the lodge around 9pm on Friday night to discuss routes, introduce this years group leaders and allow newbies to this event to be introduced and recognized.

Hey, anyone want to buy a black jacket, size 2XL, with the SRT-6 logo embroidered on the left breast? I bought it but don't have a use for it. It's too light weight for us northerners. I'll bring it with me tomorrow.

For my bourbon drinking friends we picked up a handle of Buffalo Trace to share with everyone for the weekend! Looking forward to seeing everyone and I cannot wait for the fun to begin. We will be in sometime Thursday night...

Valk I sure wish you would have start times at a reasonable hour like 10 am. 8:30 feels like we're going to work on a day after staying up late drinking and hanging with friends the night before. There's no CICCI BBQ this year to get back too, why the early hour?
