Who is staying in Florence KY on Thursday night? Just curious as to a head count. Dinner is at 6:00pm @ usual place. We're getting in early but staying at Ashley Quarters just to be different

I will be leaving Ft.Lauderdale Wednesday around 5 pm going to my Daughter's house in Melbourne Beach,,spending the night,, will leave there Thursday morning around 7am ,,,192 to turnpike to I-75 north, may spend the night between Tifton and Macon Ga. just south of Atlanta,, through Atlanta out on 985 to 441 to 28 and i am there around noon on Friday,, see you there ,,,any one along my route ,want to join me,,, pm me your #, jim

I came home that way once and have never gone "the east route" since. Just sayin...

It's a great scenic route with a lot less traffic.

Anyone taking the I-575 route North of Atlanta or other directiosn want to meet up for a mini run?
Mickey 5469/Ella Lynn and Larskeller/LarsBabe and possibly one other Crossfire Owner are are meeting On Thursday afternoon somewhere near the intersectionJust north of the Georgia line where US 129 intersects with US 64/74. My map shows Ga 60 turning north off Ga 515/US 76 around Morganton and after about 2 miles Ga 60S turns right and goes to US64/74 just before the intersection with US 129. Got to be something at that intersection lets shoot for 3 to 3:30 and first one there pick a spot to meet.
Anyone coming that way text me at 4042455481 if you want to meet up and run to the Lodge and/or other points North.

WE had to get tires for the roadster.My car is loaded with apple pie.I will not be able to drive the dragon tail because of the large brace on my arm.Gary I feel for you ,been there with my knee ,remember my first trip I was useing a walker.I have Zimmer hardware in my knee and come to find out it is on the recall list.I hate the thought of haveing it replaced again. Please take it easy ,I hope you will be able to make the trip.Big hugs

We are taking that route on Friday morning.....but if you stay on 515 all the way to Blairsville/19 it is a much better road and stays 4 lanes. It is about 7/8 miles further but is much more scenic and you avoid GA 60 which is a 2 lane road. See you Friday at the lodge.
