I would like to be added to the list for the friday BBQ please

 

If I could get my fan temp remapped, I'd almost drive up just for that.

(I paid $50 for this for my Graphite and I'd pay $50 toward the rental.)

Did you know about this BBQ on Friday night near Memorial Park off of Woodward Ave ??
Hoping all attending Woodward is aware of this and will post that they will join us for the BBQ before it gets to close to be counted

Our hosts will need a solid number by August 5th to have time to prepare for the number attending.

Colleen and Jeff will be coming sometime 8/18 pm. Last minute change of plans. The group's hotel is completely sold out, but we have a room nearby. We're leaving 8/20, early morning. Can we still attend the group functions? - UnDunnY2K

 

UDY2K - Should be no prob with the group activities, and hopefully you have the parking pass already. Also, the ferry from Milw to Muskegon may shave some time off your commute.

I just noticed I didn't post I was attending the cruise and BBQ (old age) LOL. Anyways we will be attending the cruise and ( BBQ if not to late). Bob and Cindy, I see your flying into Detroit a few days early, the offer still stands if you want to come stay with us a couple days we would love to have ya or just hang out with us. We are only about 45 min. from the hotel.
If any one coming early would like to go to a good event we could organize and go to the ford f-150 plant tour to see how they assemble a f-150. I told it's a great tour.

 

Should be about like a beer plant tour in Milwaukee, both make tin cans out of aluminum

 

I think it would be a little more involved than pouring beer into a can. The event is to witness the complex assembly of a modern vehicle being built, not the make or model of such vehicle. Oh by the way I own a aluminum ford F-150 and it is by far the best most advanced truck I have ever owned.

 

I DID put a winky face on my snide comment Frank, just poking fun at you.
I do like the Ford styling more than GM or Ram, just not a fan of aluminum truck beds.

 

I would rather tour a brewery at least you get to have some of the product for nothing.
So you think aluminum truck beds should be canned?
Ask someone who has just spent big bucks buying a pick up if they'll pick a load of gravel for you and you'll get a funny look from them. I guess most people just carry groceries in them.

 

That why you keep a 98 F150 by the garage. It actually lives up to "built Ford tough". I can drag , haul , pull or take you any where you want to go , an some places you don't...

 

Last I checked, Miller had can suppliers. Miller is in the brewing business, not canning nor bottling. 😉

Only 1 week away now and this is the current list we have for attendance and the BBQ on Friday
Looks like only 3 will not be attending the BBQ and I have highlighted these in blue.
All the rest of you have received a message (PM) here by now with the address for the BBQ

Any dish/side/dessert you can bring to share and add to the BBQ will be greatly appreciated.
No cost for this BBQ dinner and it is being primarily funded by CICCI for all guests.
