Our Host Hotel is now completely booked. This means that we will have the entire property to ourselves for 3 days, which is exactly what we wanted.

If anyone has to cancel, please notify me first so that we may try to fill the room with someone else. We do not want anyone from the public taking any of our rooms.

Also, there are two people with an extra bed who are willing to share a room. Please contact me if you are interested in sharing a room.

No, unfortunately I have not... With the Invest (Alberto), it is really hard to say because no one knows what it will do. But so far, it is looking like we will be in New Orleans on Monday. I will know more once the weather forecasters make up their minds.

I have been watching the weather forecasts very closely and no one really knows what is going to happen.

I'll just say bring plenty of drinks just in case we get stuck at the hotel. (Crossfire events are all about the people and the cars anyway, right?).

Oh, and I forgot to mention, don't forget your radios.
