Hi, is there an agenda or schedule of events available for Fall 2018 Gathering? … and, will/could be any "Tech Session" times(evening?), such as Sticky Key, SKREEM, etc.. ??

Speaking as a long-time attendee, I can tell you that, if it rains a lot, we have, in the past, pulled cars up one at a time under the entryway and did some minor mods/fixes/work.
But it really IS a social event, more than even a driving event. Many of us come from far away and have limited tools with us (Red Dog being the exception to the tools thing).
Personally, I've had an awful two weeks at work and need a vacation VERY BADLY. Once I get rested, perhaps I'll be in the mood to do some mods/fixes. But I am flying in, so I won't have tool one with me.
As to the flea market/parts exchange idea, if there is really the interest, I think that can be made to happen easily. Our choices are Friday or Saturday evening. I tend to think that Saturday is the day for this, as many won't get there until late on Friday. Perhaps Friday at 7-730pm would be good.

We would also like to do the sticky key fix if anyone is available to assist us. We would also need to know what to bring as far as tools, etc.

I'll be bringing my trailer, so I could bring any tools anyone would need for minor fixes, as long as they made a list of what was needed.

I see you are both in Indiana. Have you joined your local Crossfire Facebook Group. That is where you can meet up with your local Crossfire owners and more readily get assistance working on your Crossfire. They just finished a "tech day" and did the "Sticky Key Fix" on everyone's car that attended.

I would like to do the Sticky key thing too.. I will have a moderate bunch of tools with me.. Probably enough to do the job, under good guidance..

Just get there, they have no rooms, but they have a cabin or two left for around $125 a night.

YES, you read that right - there are no lodge rooms left at all. This is not a surprise, I was surprised people were getting rooms as late as two weeks ago.

Susan and would like to wish everybody a great time at fall Dragon this year , Susan and I will not be attending this year with that being said it been really busy year for us , between remolding a house and a family member health issue , just not whole lot time this year , for you first timers it wonderful time jump in and don't be shy , to our old friends have cold one for us we will miss seeing you and maybe next year we can make it happen ,

This information is for all of the first timers. If you have not seen or not heard yet please bring a walkie talkie with you to communicate while on the runs. Any Family Radio Service FRS band walkie talkie will do. Don't get too into the range miles claims since they all are limited by FCC regs to a maximum power out. See some examples here...

I am going to smokemount nc to mingo falls on sat.. if any one want to join us lets set up a trip . it is about one hour one way.,, and maybe have lunch in bryson city ,, either before or after the falls visit and maybe to bridal veil after lunch round trip to both falls is about 4 hours
