Automatic transmission sluggish

Default Automatic transmission sluggish

Hi I just purchased a 2005 roadster automatic, I find the transmission slow changing gears, is this normal for this car. Thanks in advance for your responses

Mine is what I call smooth, that is it doesn't jerk my head off when it shifts. Think that may be what you are experiencing. I like it personally, had a Jeep Liberty with a diesel engine and lots of torque and before they changed out the torque converter for a factory upgrade it used to a l m o s t catch rubber on every shift...I prefer Mercedes approach to shifting...

Ahh thanks popeye, That is what I am experiencing and I don't mind it either just wanted to make sure that it was normal and you have made my day.
