warrenty question
why are the people at mercedes almost ashamed at the fact that chrysler is part of their company? the reason i asked was cause i locked my only key to my roadster in the trunk so i called chrysler and they told me at least a week plus and arm and a leg, so i asked myself why not go to the mercedes dealership and it seemed as if no one had any idea what a chrysler crossfire was, anyways i would love to find out if i could go to them for all of warrenty stuff or even my oil changes i bought every possible warrenty for my car etc. the whole ten year thing and all. please if anyone can shed some light on this thought please do
Warranty issues will have to be handled by Chrysler as it is a Chrysler. Others have gone to MB dealers for non-warranty related issues and have had success. Other MB dealers won't give you the time of day.
I've contacted 3 different local MB dealers and none of them will touch my car. I've read on here that some forum members have had some success though. I guess it just depends on the dealer.

I don't understand why the M-B dealers won't fix our cars. If they sold one as used they would have to. I understand that they won't do the warranty work but regular repairs should be taken care of.
