Has anyone on the forum purchased a windscreen from this site? Www.jaysenoffwindscreens.com

 

I went to www.windscreenreview.net to check them all out. I like the look of this model, but I got a little concerned on the installation section that the corners are velcro fastened and they suggest that you back the passenger seat up to prevent vibration. I ordered one from Windblocker. It's being delivered in a couple of days, will let you know what I think of it.

 

Just received my windscreen. Have to admit, fast service, took only about 5 minutes to install, and I really like the way that it looks. This model is strapped to the roll bars, and none of it touches the actual body or interior of the car. Really impressed, and didnt cost $$$ to purchase. Thumbs up on the Windblocker.

I saw one of those at a rally, and wasn't impressed. I could tell it was cut with a router, since the edge had nicks. Actually, if you're thinking of this one, then I see another company, Zefferus, sells a Crossfire windscreen that looks to be about the same. For me, I purchased my Crossfire windscreen from Windblox, and it's worked out great for me. Whatever you do, I'd certainly purchase a windscreen - I couldn't survive more than 15 minutes with the top down, without a windscreen.

 

I bought a Zefferus from eBay. Kept it on a couple of weeks and then pulled it off. Lot of problems. I mentioned them in another thread. Biggest was how it blocked seat movement. I'm 6'4" and 280, so I need every bit of room for the seat, and having the windblocker installed cut off about an inch or so of seat movement. And if I did scrunch myself in with the seat in front of the blocker, it rattled. Oh, and it also created a reflection that was pretty dangerous in the rearview mirror at night.

Took it off last week. Good riddance. I buy another one, I'm going to likely go for a mesh.

 

I bough mine from Chrysler.
It fits perfectly and the key item for me was the fact that it cost me the same as ordering one on line.
