Looks good, but I think that these lights have to meet a prescribed surface area and I wonder if it still has that area left.

i think it should be fine ,when you apply the brake the letters completely disappear all you see is brake light.

I like the idea. I don't see how it could affect the amount of area required, it is twice the size of the coupe center brake light.

How do you use that ipod? Is that the Blaupunkt ipod cable plugged in through the rear aux jack? How is the sound? Do you get a lot of hiss? when the volume is up high? Just curious. I have a London MP48 and experienced hiss with the ipod adaptor. Now I use the front aux jack and I have to keep turning the front aux jack back on everytime I turn the car on/off.

its not an ipod, its a zune. its like an ipod but better[IMHO]. yes its a headset jack cable coming out of the back of the radio into what is called a [core] module. its available for the ipod also : go to logjam electronic .com, go to search and type in[ ipod core]. everything you need to know will be right there. its as good as playing a cd in the cd player,no hiss ,no need to control two volumes and best of all it will charge the battery in your [ipod/zune]. its the best money ive spent on my sound system besides the head unit. the stock speakers sound awesome. when you turn the car off/on it picks up right where it left off.

Nice!

BTW, my wife has a steering wheel cover on her xfire that would go with that license plate frame. I give her a hard time about it. I think she got it from the SPCA website.
