If they had actually put some time and effort into building them with better quality parts, making sure that they were built by competent factory workers, and made sure the Prowler was actually enjoyable to drive, then it would have been a more successful item in the lineup for Plymouth back then.
As the cars were, they had way too many recalls for such a short product run, and even if you had a flawless car, the interior was K-car parts bin wonderful, the ride was harsh, the tires were too large, the original motors were wildly underpowered, and if you ever needed to use the brakes in an emergency, you were doomed to die in a spectacular fashion.
Other than that, they were great cars! (bwa-hahahhahahah!)
