Default WI sissies

I was in Fond du Lac WI last week and there was a foot+ of snow followed by -3o weather. I did not see one roadster driving around with the top down. What's wrong with you WI sissies?

PS - Even my Audi A6 wasn't happy with the snow and cold!

I remember once when I lived in Milwaukee ..... a foot of snow and I couldn't get out of the parking lot. The next day I asked how many made it to work and I was the only one that didn't. I felt like a woossie 4.0! (I had a 1976 Mercedes 280C at the time.)

Moved to our new home in Wisconsin. It is so beautiful here. The hills are so picturesque. Can hardly wait to see them with snow covering them. God's Country. I love it here!

Oct. 14
Wisconsin is the most beautiful place on earth. The leaves are turning all different colors. I love the shades of red and orange. Went for a ride through some beautiful hills and spotted some deer. They are so graceful, certainly they are the most peaceful animals on earth. This must be Paradise…I love it here!

Nov. 11
Deer season will start soon. I can't imagine anyone wanting to kill such an elegant creature. The very symbol of peace and tranquility. Hope it will snow soon. I love it here!

Dec 2
It snowed last night. Woke up to find everything blanketed in white. It looks like a postcard. We went outside and cleaned the snow off the steps and shoveled the driveway. We had a snowball fight (I won) and when the snowplow came by, we had to shovel the driveway again. What a beautiful place. Mother nature in perfect harmony. I love Wisconsin!

Dec 12
More snow last night. I love it. The snowplow did his trick again (that rascal). A winter wonderland…I love it here!

Dec 19
More snow last night…Couldn't get out of the driveway to get to work this time! I'm exhausted from shoveling. That damn snowplow!

Dec 22
More of that white **** fell last night. I've got blisters on my hands from shoveling. I think the snowplow man hides around the corner and waits until I'm done shoveling this driveway. *******!

Dec 25
"White Christmas" my busted ***! More friggen snow. If I ever get my hands on that son of a ***** who drives that snowplow, I swear I'll castrate the dumb *******. Don't know why they don't use more salt on the roads to melt this friggen ICE!

Dec 28
More white **** last night. Been inside since Christmas Day except for shoveling out the driveway every time "Snowplow Harry" comes by. Can't go anywhere, cars buried in a mountain of white ****. The weatherman says to expect another 10" of the **** tonight. Do you know how many shovels full of snow 10" is?

Jan. 1
Happy Damn New Year, the weatherman was wrong (again). We got 34" of the white **** this time. At this rate it won't melt before the 4th of July. The snowplow got stuck up the road, and the ******** had the ***** to come to the door and ask to borrow my shovel. After I told him I've broken 6 shovels already, shoveling all the **** he pushed into the driveway, I broke my last one over his damn head!

Jan. 4
Finally got out of the house today. Went to the store to get food and on the way back, a damn deer ran in front of the car and I hit the *******. Did about $3,000 worth of damage to the car. Those damn beasts ought to be killed. Wish the hunters had killed them all last November.

May 3
Took the car to the garage in town. Would you believe the thing is rotting out from all that damn salt they keep dumping all over the road? Car looks like a piece of ****!

May 10
Moved to Florida! I can't imagine why anyone in their damn mind would ever want to live in that God forsaken State of Wisconsin!

Minus-three F. Not minus-30. I was in WI, not ND. Anyway, it was still too cold to pee outside. Especially with a 20 mile an hour wind blowing!!

I remember waking up from being blacked out for five years.
The day the judge entered the order for my divorce.

Sissies?! Sissies??!!

Hold on, lemme go outside & see if I can find my pink undies - I know I left them out there somewhere - frozen solid to the 17" of snow we now have in the front yard.

This kinda slander requires a serious response - but I have nothing, nada.

That's what I get for reading this at work............

Rudy, I remember reading that awhile back & it's all true; well 'cept for the part of actually whacking the snow plow driver; that would be bad because then we'd NEVER get out of the driveway.
& the elegant deer: they're never elegant when they're stepping in front of your car on icy roads (all deer must die!).

I dunno, I feel pretty compelled to whack the guy plowing the driveways out where I live and knock some common sense into him. You'd think that someone smart enough to run a bobcat would be smart enough to clean out the driveways with no cars in them before those people get home from work. Three fricken days in a row I got home and the ding bat is hand shoveling around peoples cars when my driveway is empty. And since I don't want a foot of ice in my driveway come mid january, I shovel it out before I drive in and pack all the snow down. The last time this happened, he pulled up next to my driveway after I finished and asked why I didn't just wait for him to plow it out. I asked him if it was easier to use the bobcat or his back to move all the snow. I then explained how it would be a good idea to drive around and clean out all the empty driveways first and then come back and do the rest. Maybe he'd even get lucky and someone would leave in that time and he could use the bobcat on their driveway too. I think I stumped him though because he was scratching his head and acting like I was speaking russian or something. Guess I'll just keep shoveling my own driveway so I keep it nice and clean.

End Rant. LOL

GASP!
You guys have a Bobcat plow out your driveway pans?! How the heck does that happen?
We have a road grader plow our streets which is kinda cool 'cause he can almost do the whole street in one pass.
Of course, that's also the problem - he can almost do the whole street in one pass which, of course, means that if your on the side of the street where he makes his first pass you are, essentially, a dead man.
That's where winter beaters come in handy . Pull up as far as you can on the driveway & then gun it &, if you're lucky (& no one is coming down the street!) you'll just push the whole mass out of the way!!

I like how you think.

I grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan; which is actually north of Wisconsin, trust me, look at a map, it seems nobody knows the place exists. We have finally settled south of Jacksonville FL, it was 82 degrees today

Although I somehow got talked into going home for Christmas this year Flying through Detroit to Appleton WI, then through Chicago on the way home. Could I hit another commie hellhole if I tried???
