I've been waiting for the other shoe to drop regarding my Adamesh order, and this morning it did.....
We apologise for the delay in the dispatch of your wind deflector - we have had a delay in receiving them from our European supplier, due to the volcanic disruption. We shall ensure your order is dispatched as soon as we receive it, and shall email you with tracking details.

Sometimes you just can't win.

Wind Deflector For Chrysler Crossfire
Unfortunately, this company is located in Great Britain. No problems there lately. /sarc
Placed an order yesterday, forgot that there might be a rebate. I wonder if it's too late to ask?
I did get the confirmation from Adamesh and Paypal. We'll see.

smfrycruzr, just send an email to Geoff and tell him that you are a member of this forum. He will refund you on Paypal for the discount, no problem. He did it for me.
Where did you get your wind restrictor from?
I got mine from www.WindRestrictor.com and got a 20% discount on my order.

My Adamesh Wind Deflector showed up yesterday and is now installed. I took a quick spin and was impressed by the results. The wind buffeting is noticeably less with the Adamesh in place. It is very well made and looks nice. The shipping was very quick once it was finally shipped. Was it worth the money? I guess so, but there is no denying that it is expensive.
One negative - the top of the Adamesh puts a thick horizontal line through the middle of the image in the rear-view-mirror. This will take some getting used to, but I think the benefits will outweigh this drawback.

I should consider the ADAMESH solution??
I recently purchased a Lexan wind deflector (the one with the velcro attachments to the rollbars) and continue to have the wind buffetting.
But I'm getting extreme wind blowing directly into my right ear. Very exhausting and actually painful after 30-45 minutes... ouch..
As silly as it sounds, I wanted to discover where the wind was entering the cockpit SO.....
I rigged up several strings from the windshield daggling into the cockpit AND some strings handing onto the roll bars.
An interesting discovery:
1. The strings from the windshield hung straight down and actually moved closer to the dash.
2. The strings from the roll bars blew rapidly towards the seats.
Basically, the wind is coming over the windshield and curling directly into the cockpit...
In other words, my back wind deflector merely catches more wind curling over the windshield.
I'm at a loss as to what to do.
I've modified the wind deflector height but with little to no success.
If any one has similar issues or possible solutions, I am all ears (as much as they are still ringing from my 45 minute drive)...
Thanks for any input.

For true high class get the Windrestrictor product or from what is being said the mesh one sound top drawer too.
I am cheap and take very good care of my things so.....$85 on Ebay. The owner is great about customer service too. I wanted one to cover the whole back (roll bars too) but no straps to look at. We're very pleased
If you don't need the beautiful graphics and lights or are not a fan of mesh ones give it a whirl. At the very least it's a cheap way to test out if you'd want to invest in one that is more expensive.

My wife ordered the Adamesh windscreen on December 19. Shipped December 20 from the UK and arrived in Vermont via FedEx December 24. This includes sitting in the Newark, NJ terminal for two days and the Williston VT terminal for one day. Great service, great product and great company. Latest price with discount $318 USD inc. shipping.
