You sure can. I'll give you 50% off all the parts you don't buy from me. Not sure if the guy selling them will honor it though. LOL

Well we all know all the standard mods that can be done to an SRT. And everyone of those mods apply to the 55K as well! That yellow 55K car has inspired me to up my game!

Bob,

I'm still trying to get Rudy to plan a trip down your way so we can add some more "inspiration". It will be getting damn cold here in the land of two seasons way too soon and I will need a trip to the warm South.

Hell if we can get the ECU thing figured out we may be even able to justify it to get you "Turn Key" and "cruizin"; not "hot wiren'" and "feather'n". Let's both work that angle. Besides it would be great to get the only V8 Crossy's in North America together for a photo shoot! (the SRT boyz get way too much press anyways - LOL!)

Let's talk and plan soon. Stay safe...

Paul, That sound like a great idea! It would be great to get the cars in the same picture! I will have to have the boost system on and ready just before you get here.

An exclusive club for sure. You guys have earned your own section on the forum. It would make it easier for us to keep up with the news about your cars. Paul,I can't wait to see your car at the Dragon. Guess I will just have to get in line and wait my turn. Both of you, Rudy and your build teams are to be congratulated for your trail blazing work. Jim

Just back from Dallas ....went down for the TMS Laps for charity GTG.
Bob's V8 was definitely the attention getter among 20 Crossfires that attended.

I told him that you guys have to get those V8's together and do some playing

Sounds like you guys can be helpful to each other for sure working out any final bugs.
I am happy to already know both of you and to have seen both these V8's in person and ridden in one of them already just within a week of each other.

Very impressive !!

I'm looking forward to it as well. We'll have to put on the shine with that motor and get it looking top notch and give it the finishing touches. I'll have to get you pictures when I get the newest top end piece back from coating but I'm sure you'll agree, the coating on them makes it look gorgeous. Here's the engine from the last car we did before putting it in. We can do it various colors so you don't have to go with yellow on yours. I personally think black would really set it off quite nicely!

And the rest in red or black wrinkle.

That would look sick! Somebody spent an awful lot of time smoothing those out before they polished/chromed them. I agree with you about the black wrinkle... the red, not so sure about with your car. You'd need some red elsewhere for it to compliment and not look out of place but I like where you're going with it. Should be a show stopper and I know that's EXACTLY what you're going after.

Hey, I recognize your car from MB-World!

What happened to the Kleemann supercharger you had mounted in the CLS?

By the way, this looks great!!!! I'm also seeing a few different things here that I like. The red wires, and the different bolts that were used for all of the covers. Looks really good.
I would also like to see a braided stainless steel wire cover where the red wires are. That might also look nice. I agree with you though, I will go with black on the motor and chrome on my surge tanks.
I need to know where you got those bolts from.

I don't sell them but I'll get you a price on them. as for the SS wire covers over the spark plug wires, not sure if that would cause any issues. May have to go with the VM chrome split loom for those but you keep bringing up great ideas.

What's up man. I sold the Kleemann Supercharger to buy my 55 motor. Selling the 5.0 V8 motor that had the Kleemann blower. My original motor only has 39K miles on it.

This motor is missing the assembler's badge from the AMG plant.... Rudy, are you going to create your own badges with your own signature??
