Device that increases mileage/power
Has anyone bought and installed the $69.00 unit that is supposed to increase mileage 4~7 mpg and increase horse power as well?
This chip seems too good to be true for this amount of money and I was just wondering if there are any testimonials out there from other Crossfire owners?
Please advise-thank you, Dave Woolrage _/)***

ITS CRAPP. Get an egg under your foot and youll do great, that is the way to milage. Intake and exhaust can improve milage but it is so much fun that youll punch it and lose milage. WOODY enjoy.
Don't you think that manufacturers would have included that "technology" long ago if it really worked. Look at how they market both gas mileage and horsepower, and your gizmo promises both. This is like Viagra warning you about 4 hour erections. That's bs. I can barely get more than 3 hours out of one.

We had a tech actually go blind because he took too much Viagra! (he recovered his sight after a few hours)
Try using the Pulse-star plugs. I Put them into my Turbo PT cruiser & rec's much more mileage & power. But then again the old plugs were worn out & the old wires were also shot! LOL

It takes an $1100 chip and I make them in my Ham Radio shack. Send me a paypal payment and I'll fix you up. Send to: pizzaguyparts@toogoodtobetrue.com
OK, really, when was the last time you can buy anything for $69 that will gain HP/gas mileage....everything I ever bought for my car, even back in the 1970's, always did just the opposite...in the gas mileage area...the two never go hand in hand...they are a cheap rip off...and should be banned from all the sites they are on....

I can't say it would do the opposite but I can say it will do nothing beneficial for the car.

I'm a newbie Xfire owner, and this thread was of interest.
Was surfin eBay and came across this link regarding ECU Flashing and a significant boost in performance.
CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE 3.2L V6 CHIP TUNING NA & SRT-6 MODEL: eBay Motors (item 370010815347 end time Nov-17-10 18:32:51 PST)
No claims to increase gas mileage, but we all love a good bump in the night.
Anyone familiar with this unit/technique, or care to comment...
Thanx...
