I'm asking Houston Crossfire drivers which dealership would you trust to fix your convertible top? Who would you absolutely stay away from?

I've never taken my vehicle to the dealer because I do my maint. my self but I'm not too found of Clear Lake Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep from the few times I stopped up there just to look at cars. I called them about this issue and they told me I needed to go to Allen Samuels because they have the equipment to work on the car since it was basically a Mercedes. Has anyone dealt with that dealership? Looking for suggestions

I found that almost all of the Dealerships, send out to a Specialist Auto Upholster, to undertake this task, like the one I told you about. Very few Dealerships do it themselves. These Dealerships may however, have to be used as the point of contact for this Warranty repair. So the Dealership you use for this repair would almost be irrevelent as they are only a go-between.

 

I can't see how it will be covered under warranty, if the repair was not performed by a Chrysler Certified Tech....Our techs here at BMW are trained and do all convertible top repairs here at the shop...The only thing we send things out to is our body shop and they are supposed to be certified to fix BMW...They still suck because we get those cars from the body shop and have to repair things after they repaired them
