Here on the South Shore of Long Island, we have had 3 beautiful sunny drop top days. This weekend will have the same forecast 70-80 degrees and clear. The car thus far is outstanding, excellent /handling/acceleration/braking a real blast to drive. The car draws a lot of attention, have been getting a lot of thumb's up from everyone. The only flaw that I can see is the cup holder....poorly located should have just been left out of the design. 8)

Where is the cupholder? I can't find one on mine here in OZ! They tell me it used to be where the top up/down switch is. What's there in yours?

Welcome to the forum. It's always good to hear from someone "down under".

If you have a "Standard" model you do not have a cup holder, instead you have a small open storage bin just forward of the center console lid, next to the brake handle. If you have a "Limited" model, the cup holder is in the same place as the storage bin is in the Standard. At least that's thae way it's set up in "US" models.

You have me a tad confused, which really isn't all that hard to do. You made three posts within 30 minutes of each other in two different threads. Your first and third posts imply you have a new XF, the second post seems to say you want one now after waiting two years... do you have a XF or are you still waiting?

Here is a photo of the cup holder "US" models:

The models here seem to be a combination of the US ones. There is only one choice in the Roadster - no sat nav, no cupholder, but all the other amenities seem to be there, incl the "clips." I am taking delivery of mine at the end of the week, once I decide on Aero or Graphite. We only got 10-12 into the state, so choices are tough and they're going fast, even at $80,000K. Now that should make you guys happy to hear!

At current exchange rates, it's about 56000 US. Quite a lot for a Chrysler, but there sure aren't many over here which makes for a lot of fun!

Thanks for the input. I saw the blue yesterday, very nice, and it and a silver had already been sold in the two days they had them. I do like the graphite better and will have it by week's end! Can't wait...it was featured in the local paper here this week after they took it thru some corkscrew turns down south in the Barossa Valley. Looked for the link to show you guys but couldn't find it. I'll keep trying!

My dealer was expecting a graphite roadster for his inventory on Thursday. I hope it's still there when I go in this week. I'd like to see the graphite. I was torn between red and graphite. I decided on red though I had never seen either except for photos. I have since seen the red in a roadster my dealer had ordered for another person and I am happy with my choice. I expect to pick mine up on Saturday.
Good luck and many happy miles with yours Jennifer. Post photos.

The red looks fabulous too. I'm happy with graphite as my husband is a bit worried about all the attention I'm going to get as it is!
