I don't know of a place that does that but I would call around in Houston to see if they do convertible tops. The place we are at now waiting for the 3M stuff to dry since they fixed the window issue is Johns Trim Shop in Baytown Texas. I don't know if they could fix the top issue you are talking about but they do top work.

 

The only thing that they said about re gluing the top is that they couldn't guarantee that it would hold up. But so far it is.

 

Don't glue your top until you call Chrysler.


I Just picked up my '05 Crossfire today (2/5/2016) from the dealer with a brand new top covered under extended warranty. Cost was $0.00. Took 5 months to get the top on backorder. Took 1 day to put it on. Still can't believe I have a brand new top on a 10 year old car for free.


Hurry up, the warranty was extended for 10 years. Probably from the original sale date. Chrysler can tell you if you are covered by the VIN.

 

Just replaced the top on my 2007 for the same reason. Replacement came from GAHH Automotive, north Hollywood, California. In 2 weeks. Installed by Unique Upholstery of Venice Florida. All in for $1845😝 Chrysler dealer quoted $2500 to $3000 and a wait period of 12 to 18 months. Lifetime warranty for window attach to top and 5 years on the top itself
