Hello,
I have been having a problem with my idle? After starting the car in the morning or actually anytime of the day I have noticed that after a few miles and after coming to a stop, the car begins to idle very roughly and feels like the car is going to stall. I have taken it to the dealer twice now and they cannot find anything wrong. They say the computers all read clear.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

 

Yes, I have had that exact problem with my 2004 coupe. After 3 or 4 trips to the dealer they finally found an unknown error code in the computer. They then traced the problem to some sort of vacuum leak in the throttle body. According to the work order they replaced the "mass airflow sensor" and a couple of seals. I'm still not absolutely certain the problem is solved. I drive the car very little, only about 7000 miles in 21 months.

 

I have the same thing happen with my '04, but the rough idling comes and goes.. I never do have it for more than a day.

 

Bad fuel maybe? Try another brand.

 

It wouldn't matter, gas stations of any brand all get it from a local supplier, I own a store.
