Default Bad SKREEM module?

So my wife went to start her 2007 Crossfire this morning and it
- cranked, runs a split second, then stalled, after 2 times nothing.
- Also, her Keyless entry does nothing

Everything worked fine the other day.

I checked the battery voltage, cleaned the battery posts, and pulled the RCM and resoldered everything on the board.
Still will not stay running.

I disconnect the ground and reconnect and get the same, cranks 2x then nothing.

she replaced the batteries in the keyfob, and still no keyless entry.

So does this appear to be a bad SKREEM module?
