What is this strap for?

Why is this strap behind the passenger headrest? What is it for? I do not have one behind the drivers headrest.

Sorry folks. I should have searched better before I posted. Seems it’s for attaching a child’s car seat. Now I know.

It also works to hold you girlfriend's long pony tail in the roadster at high speeds.. But a caution; Be sure to always gather any loose hairs remaining, so your wife doesn't find them.
