Default Taller Drivers

I'm looking at purchasing an SRT-6. I'm 6'1" and I'm wondering if I will have enough headroom. I would really appreciate responses. I will be searching this online as well. But I figure you all would be the best to ask.

There are many owners here that are in excess of six feet tall. I am only 5' 11" tall and have no problems getting into or remaining in this car comfortably for long periods of time.

Check out this thread.

Good luck!

I'm 6 ft and have no trouble with headroom or leg room. Go for it, Crossfire is a great car.

I'm 6' with a 34" inseam and fit fine. I do not fit with a helmet.

I slide the seat all the way back and then move it forward about 1-1/2 inches. Lowering the back of the seat all the way down and reclining the seat back gives me ample room.

The Limited has the same head room so go have a test sit at your local dealer.

I am 6'3" tall and have no problem in the Roadster. Knee room is tight...I would love to get rid of the knee bolster for more room...but want to keep it for safety reasons. Taking the time and Adjusting the seat with the 8 way power adjustment is the key.

Im 6'3" and its ok.
I don't drive mine everyday though, but I do drive it about 4 days a week or so.
You just have to adjust the seat right.
The cool part is, I can fully lock my left knee to stretch my leg if I want.
I just put my foot to left of the brake and right of the dead pedal to do this,
and it doesn't even get in the way of pressing the brake pedal down as far as it will go.

I'm 6'1". Room is adequate. Test drive one before buying it.

Yeah, I'm 6'1", at first my right knee was a little tight, until i fine tuned my seat, its about 1 inch from all the way back, but angled back as far as it can go without hitting. Now my knee is free. As for getting in and out not a probably, sometimes i might be tight if you can’t open your door all the way. Speaking of that, once in a parking garage someone parked right next to me, and i couldn't open my door more then 4 inches. I was pissed. So anyway i had to get in the passenger side, and climb over the console. It was amazing.

Jroos, I'm 6'2", and It's a snug fit, but not uncomfortable. In a coupe I would say 6'3" is pushing the limits. But I guess it depends on your inseam.
The trick is finding the "sweet spot" and that usually means spending a few minutes adjusting, and readjusting your seat. Take your time, and I bet that you'll find it.

jroos,
I'm just over 6'2" and I agree that if you take the time you can find a spot with the seat low and angled just right that your right knee will have room. Headroom in the roadster with the top up is plenty for me. Tried the Solstice at the SF auto show and was rubbing my head on the top. I am considering removing the knee bolster as that would open up a few inches for your legs.

6'2", ~ 225 lbs, size 14 shoe.
More headroom in Xfire Roadster than coupe.
Legroom is actually pretty good. Much more room than in a s2000.

I am over 6'2" and I do find it a little tight but as many have said playing with the seat can usually find a pretty good position. I do with the steering wheel tilted though...that might help in getting in and out.

It only extends, when i first got mine, the steering wheel was horrible, and hitting me knees, then i pull it all the way out, and its much better.
