So the rears were a 1/2 coil to high, and after cutting 1/2 coil the car sat evenly/level front to rear?

That could very well be the issue. 4 wheel alignments are advised after installation.

My eibachs are sitting in the garage since I was too lazy to insatll them last weekend. I also bought the mercedes pads which sould raise the front aprox 8mm and lower the rear another 8mm. The fender gap may still may not be even because of the new 275/30/19 I out on, but we will see.

Ok I started working on the rear tonight and ran into a possible problem. I got the driver side out and all apart, went to put the eibach spring in and noticed it is taller then the stock spring by a coil? Is this normal? Every car I ever lowered the aftmarket spring was shorter than the stock. The listed part number on the box is 2552.140 which I believe is correct. The springs themselves say 2552.101 and 2552.102 I guess I'm gonna have to call tire rack in the morning if no one can help.

I called tire rack and confirmed spring part #'s. The eibach's are in fact taller when off the car, I guess because they are progressive? Anyway I got the rears on and the car is pretty level. I am going to wait and see if they settle before I do the fronts. Plus I had a real pain getting the lower control arm bolt out and back in on th epassenger side. Eventually me and my neighbor got it, but I hope I never have to take it out again.

So here is my setup:
Stock springs/pads in front
18x8 TSW Snetterton
235/40/18 Sumitomo HTRZ III

Eibachs in rear with #1 pads(thinnest ones)
19x9.5 TSW Snetterton
275/30/19 Sumitomo HTRZIII

Car is dirty and the sun was setting but here are some pics
