Pulley Options Please!
I'm telling you, there is a malfunction/error in this dyno graph. They are just spikes due to the way they initiated the dyno run. I am pretty sure a stock Srt-6/C32 will not put down over 300 ft/lbs nor 326 with just a pulley. It sill doesn't answer the question of weather or not there is any low end loss, due to the fact that they engaged the dyno at a higher RPM. So if your concerned with any low end loss you might want to wait until they produce a better dynograph, or buy it, go have a dyno session and report back results.
Now this could be another reason why there is no low end readings.

I'm not sure how the autostick works entirely, but it may shift to a lower gear when you punch it, also causing a TQ spike. This could make it hard to get an accurate low end reading depending which gear you dyno in?
Anyway, if all you want is more top end HP, then the ASP kit looks like a good deal.

Unfortunately when I did my dyno it was a dyno drag day (you line up and they do a dyno one after another for $20 for 3 runs, monthly event) and they said mine needed a different adapter or something like that to measure torque, and asked if I could live without it so they could get through more cars... so I don't have a torque reading, just HP.

Ask for part number 331380 (not listed on their website) Here are the pics they sent me.

Then there is a new kid on the block (leading edge technologies) that makes a 20% Overdrive Pulley - but you need a new belt and I found no way to contact him, email, snail mail, phone or fax. Heck I can't even find their website anymore.
And then there is EVO - similar to Renntech - they offer a pulley kits with and without the tune - and with a harmonic dampener and without one.

Scroll to the bottom of the page for the kits for our engine.
Good luck and let us know what you decide and how it works out.

Only special tools you will need are a breaker bar or impact wrench and a torque wrench capable of 200 ft pounds (If I recall the setting is 180-185 ft lb) and some lock-tite if your a lock-tite kinda guy.
Take a picture of the belt and how its routed, amazingly the SRT does not come with a belt diagram under the hood. The two other pulleys are pretty simple to R&R.

Chi-Town,
BrianBrave does not (yet) have the pulley - just researched it well.
Steve Hellums sent me a how-to for installing the Renntech pulley and ECU.
If you are interested in it, I'll forward you the PM. He said it took him 4-5 hrs, but he took his time and was 'looking' at a lot of the parts on the car to figure out what all this thing has and how it works. Without swapping the ECU, you should save some time...but it isn't a 30 min job.

I think the head work and headers have altered it enough where I need another tune, because the MAP signal is much higher, which results in dumping more fuel. I'm going to try to correct this myself with a piggyback fuel controller, I'll keep you posted
The ASP kit is nice because it retains factory belt. The pulleys I made produce a 24% overdrive on the supercharger, and it took me nearly a month to track down a belt that would fit it. The other nice thing about ASP is it requires no tune, it works with factory ECU settings.

But I believe he is also selling his ASP kit as he's going with the LE kit instead.
And to the many who have replied or PM'ed me with interest in my pulley... I'm still nervous about letting go of it right now until I'm more comfortable with keeping the one I made. Honestly it might be overkill, and I definitely need a tune with it. So I'm going to see if it's feasible for me to keep the new one before I get rid of my ASP pulley. For those wanting it by this weekend... sorry. :|
My car should be back together tonight or tomorrow and I can test out the new headers and pulley together and then use my Apexi to tune. Should be next few days, saturday at the latest, before I know whether or not the new pulley will work out for me.
Check out my separate post with info on the one I made.

Would you think you are a little too close for comfort to the 20,700 rpm limit of the supercharger with a 192mm pulley?

The reason I'm comfortable enough with trying it out is because of the magnetic clutch... offers a little more safety than just having a pulley straight up bolted to the blades.
