haha i just got an image of a guy riding a shopping cart going 30+ into the side of the crossfire. when he hits the car he would probably be flung over the roof. CHECK THE ROOF!! if there are scrapes then he was in the cart

samething happened to me last year, PDR is not an option since it happened 2 inches from the edge of the door. Can you explain this option? I've been holding off on repainting the whole right side of my car, since that is what an auto body shop told me

I had most of the the dent pulled out by Universal Dent Repairl, and the guy did one heck of a job!!! (Not to mention it only cost me $75!)

Glad it worked out OK for you.
Perhaps the store will pick up the tab since they let their cart wander all the way down the hill to where your XF was parked.

Great to hear they could do a good job. It sure beats having to refinish the whole door. They and other dent franchises are a good option to check when the paint is not broken.
