Hey Chi, I am going to 66 on Tues. For T/T

 

Dont waste your money going to 66...you will get like 2 runs in 3 hours. Your better off going to US41.

 

Did any of you get any runs in?

 

I got about half a dozen runs in...I was having a great time destroying the windy city corvette club and even a few from the chicago shelby cobra club!

On my first pass I ran against a C5 yellow vette and everyone was looking at me like I was about to get my *** kicked...anyways I completly destroyed that first vette with him running a 13.2@105 to my 12.3@113.

Once we got back into the staging lanes he was a little shocked and asked what I had done to the SRT. Needless to say after that run everyone took me alot more seriously.

I had an incredible race against a new 2 door awd BMW 335i. He had a tune, exhaust, intake and few other goodies. I ran 12.433@112 to his 12.483@108. Toward the end of the track I passed him pretty strongly. He was more than shocked considering he had a 1.6 60ft compared to my 1.9.

It was fun but no new records for me. I do have a few of these runs on video which I will post shortly.

 

Nice runs! What was the weather like? Just wondering if warmer air slowed you down like all of us down south friday night?

It was high 60's but the DA was pretty high most of the day (from what I was told). I ran good overall...My 60ft's were hurtful but otherwise things were good.

 

what is this DA i hear everyone referring to when it comes to running at the track. if i had known you were going chi i would have joined you. i would love to see the car and even though you would own my stock srt i would like to run against you

 

were on the same team dude...you want to hit it up this weekend?

 

Ya had a chance to run with us at US41 on Saturday this weekend. Ya said ya couldn't make it. Are you free now ??

 

haha i know we are on the same team but i would like to see how hard you pull on me. and i am free this weekend. currently my pump is down but it should be getting fixed this thursday!!!
