IC question
I think you're not pressing down hard enough to hit the kick down switch. Search around, plenty of threads on that one. I just thought the car was a dog at that speed too until I just pressed harder with the right foot.
One more thing, make sure the car is warmed up. The lack of power condition will only happen if the car has been driven long enough for the overtemp condition to occur and the comptuer will then prevent the supercharger from engaging.
Are you sure the pump was actually replaced? Because the one car that I test drove that had the pump failure did about the same thing you're talking about. I know I've read around here elsewhere that some other sensor other than the pump has gone bad and been replaced to get things running right again. Sorry I can't be more helpful!
