Not on your list but I see 17-18lbs with the Code 3 Pulley~ There is a thread somewhere that has these listed already. I think it was titled" LET Pulley Special" or the Code 3 Thread with $599 in the title. There is about 50 pages to look through~

i think because there are something like 50 pages he is just making a new thread. sometimes it is easier to just start a new thread instead of searching. cause it can take forever.

Talking Re: do YOU know the boost...

Stock with the factory pulley I got a touch over 14 PSIG with the dyno sensor. That was the Mustang Dyno graph on my photos. Woody

stock with gauge in car = installed gauge today 10 at w.o.t.
stock =Stock, factory pulley I got a touch over 14 PSIG
next would be with a SC pulley? = 17-18lbs with the Code 3 Pulley
next would be with the 178 pulley =17.5-lbs boost gauge running the 178.
next would be with the 181 pulley = got an ODB reading of 20.3psi at WOT
and last would be with 185 pulley boost: 16.9psi peak and or 185mm Pulley @ 6,100 RPM sea level = 21-23 Lb.
what does the renntech equal = ((16- 17 as well with the renntech pulley))

I have the 181mm pulley and got an ODB reading of 20.3psi at WOT. I believe that was at around 5,950 Rpm's.

Whoa, that’s a bunch. Does your MAP sensor ever trigger a CEL at 22+ psi?

That is how I found mine. I got a CEL at the track and when I pulled the frame data it showed the 20.3psi.

How about you Brian??

I must have a bad/wrong pulley or maybe my altitude, heat and lack of humidity are messing with things. Stock I was running 14.5lbs (when stock and during winter time) and with 185mm pulley the last time out at the track in 90* (5600DA) temps was peaking 17.3psi. I have checked for vacuum leaks and also ditched my phenolic spacer just to see if there was a difference and the car still boosts the same. Eventually I will build a nice boost leak tester and see what's happening when the s/c is doing its job.

here is what we have if you can make heads or tails of it. right now my car is stock wot i got 10) at sea level, now i will boost leak check and add a pulley.

I have been told 12lbs, and also told 14.5 lbs and would like to know what the book says and if any one has a stock car with boost gauge what does it read? lmine reads 10 at wot

Before you get too wiggy about the boost I would like to offer another of my thoughts.

Pop off the inlet to allow full air flow into the throttle body and take another measurment on the boost. I have been working on another project and have found that your boost is a TOTAL function to the inlet airflow. If there are known or unknown restrictions, the boost you get will be greatly altered.

Let us know what you got, and also BE SURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR MEASURING INSTRUMENT to see that it is ACCURATE> DO NOT TRUST GAUGES. AT 61 I have lots of recent scars from STILL believing tools, gauges, and instruments that were out of calibration or otherwise reading wrong.

Stock should be 14.5 as stated earlier.

Is 10psi at redline in second gear, a/c off?

What intake are you running?

Keep in mind that boost is depending very much on the outside temperature... I have a pulley ratio of 2,5 (like the 185mm Pulley).

At 33 degrees C I got 17,3 PSI of boost and when its cold (10 degrees C) I got 20,6 PSI.

Also the exhaust affects the boost, the less restriction is in the exhaust(only 2 Cats, bigger exhaust manifolds) the less boost you get...

Less boost maybe, but would the HP increase with the flow increase?

Only CEL I've experienced was with an intermittent fuel injector prior to installing the 185mm pulley.

Here's a VID I took of my boost gauge during one of my last dyno runs @ 70deg and 74ft elevation. - On this run the operator did not push it to the rev limiter and still reached around 21-22 PSI (sorry for the blurry/shaky camera)
