Code3 Performance to visit LET!!
sry, guys, my back-up didn't take my shift, so I was stuck until 3 pm...this sucks, really wanted to meet Brandon and have my tune tweeked,,,so maybe next time...
It was an great day to be at the track. Im happy with my runs (between 12.22 and 12.43) all day. Best time of the day was a 12.2 @ 112 with my best trap being in a slower 12.43 @ 113 but spun the hoosiers off the line. What seemed to hurt the most is the car shifts into 4th gear about 100ft from the 1/4 and wont carry boost and the nose dibs and drops a good 10th off the time.

It was really great meeting up with Brandon from Code 3. I already knew he was a cool guy, from our many calls back and forth. But to met up was cool.
Jerry and Wayne were very busy tuning cars including mine. I was running 12.40& 50's all day with 1.8ish 60fts. before the tune. After he tuned it I ran 12.3 with a 1.77 60 & 7.95 in the 1/8. Both these guys are good people and they put together a very fun event. I dont know what its going to take to get my car to run 12 flat or better may be a 178/code 3 combo

Did you have any 1.7's 60' foots? Those are good times for being your first time at the track. The 60' would show if your power is down low or top end.

On the converter, I believe it's the supercharger kicking in that hard to hold back. A tip is once you light the first bulb, then get on the brake hard and rev it up to load the converter as much as possible and it pushes you into the second beam, then hold the brake as hard as you can and be ready to let it go on the 3 yellow as they light up. You should get a great launch and 60' time which will lower your overall time. Mph is always lower on your fastest run. If not, then you are leaving a few hundredths on the launch. Be safe and have fun. Lot's of practice to have great 1/4 mile times.

Awesome. Those slips will put you in the money round. I made $170 this weekend for runner up. Practice reaction times and your a lock. Most of all enjoy your car. I'm having the most fun with this car of any that I've owned.
