Default Trans Leak.

can someone please tell me the exact part numbers i need to fix the trans leak? i'm just gonna do it myself while it's in the garage.

thanks so much.

also, anyone know how to refill the trans without going to the dealer? my leak is REALLY slow, just slowly bleeding across the bottom

SHAME on you for NOT using the search j-fire!
You have enough experience here to find it on your own using the SEARCH function. If you were new I'd give you the link (which I found on my first try by SEARCHING!).

I just back from getting the car. Just as a FYI the Invoice states part numbers XXXXXXXXX-AA (Plug Adap XXXXXXXX) and XXXXXXX-AA (Connector XXXXXXXX) and what I assume is 7 quarts of Transmission Fluid partnumber XXXXXXX-AB ( Fluid Aut XXXXXXX) .

After I fixed my trans leak I got another one in 2 weeks. Wow. Now I keep 3 new connectors and 5 liters of trans fluid in my garage for future use.

This is an example of why using the search function is soo life sucking. Numerous responses pop up like this at a seemingly greater ratio than that of the actual answer. Sift through the BS to actually find the answer and hours go by... I had to read this one too to find the answer. Wow, no wonder this site is becoming a ghost town except for the idle few.

Actually was reference to the scolding rendered in large Blue letters. But you're welcome anyway.

Jfire not sure if you read that it will get fixed for free at the dealer. I hate taking it in but did for this.
