after i removed the sprint booster and installed a E55 intake ,,, we did try something on the tune but I don't think that is what it was.
this was last Wed. night at Moroso palm beach I reinstalled the S B and the factory intake ,, will be going to countyline ((Dade/Broward line on us 27)) tonight and see if i can narrow the problem, any one want to meet us there ,,Randy and myself. three weeks ago i was running 1.83 to 1.85 60" now my best out of 9 runs was 1.89

Remember DA of any difference will yield you a different time. You can't judge just by temps. It can be 70 degrees on both days but one has alot higher humidity, then your DA will be much higher and you will be slower.

For example, someone gets a CAI and runs a 12.85 in 1200' DA, then gets a pulley and tune and runs 12.45 in 3800' DA. Comes back a little dissapointed and says needs drag radials to make it hook. When in 1200' DA just the pulley alone would have yielded a 12.45. Now your just comparing 60' foot times. That's even more crucial of the DA, tires, and track prep. Best advice is to get your baseline runs or 60's with DA on each of your runs, not just the night. This little gadget will help. www.biondoracing.com look up the performaire 2 or PA2 or just have someone ask the tower before or after a run.

Maybe track prep wasn't as good that day?

Too small a difference to try and find a problem, variables like humidity, track prep, and how much you ate before you went racing come in to play
