I installed without any shims at all. After 10 miles or so its opened up to a tad over 45mm. Its still not a consistent clearance all the way around but its a lot closer. I went in the car to buy a new camera and while showing the tech how my camera is now in the shape of a V it started working. How about that. So give me a half hour and I'll post up the few pics I have. She's running good and strong. Oh, I never put my hand on the stock belt after driving so I have no idea how hot it got. After being in boost and parking the car I took a look to see if I could find sighs of slipping. I couldn't. But the belt is almost too hot to hold. I know if its slipping it will get much hotter than normal so if anyone knows what is normal, please share.

Les

Pictures! Getting ready to work. A loose .457 mm on the new pulley. The old pulley with 1380 miles on it. I was astonished at how much heavier the stock pulley is compared to the new aluminum pulley. It didn't occur to me to weigh them, but the difference is several pounds.

Les

Fixed for the typo police.

Typo, .018" = .457mm.

Just received my code3 pulley and belt wrap kit. Very impressed Brandon sent it out withing 1.5 weeks considering his house is under possible inferno and was ordered to evacuate Santa Barbara. He sent me pics and video and i have never seen anything like that Crazy!

Will be sure to post results of pulley and belt wrap kit asap, hoping to make it to the dyno tomorrow.
