I don't think they are going to stiff anyone on this forum, it is too good of an outlet to sell their products that are catering to such a small niche.
as far as reasonable prices? 800$ for a dual cai? 500 to 1000 for a tune? it wasnt until a certain person put a supercooler for sale 130$ cheaper with shipping included that prices came down to 350$ from 450$ draw your own conclusions.

That's Jake right there. He is on here all the time. There has to be some sort of explaination as to why Jake (or Rob for that matter) didn't get back to you in your time frame.

my point was small co. or not customer service is lacking from c3 to all the biggies on here. i went with pte because he was responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner.
I guess I'm just use to people responding to my questions after I have spent money purchasing their product..... size of the bussiness has absolutely nothing to do with comunication . I'm not bashing these people I just want to get the parts so I can get them on my car and go enjoy.

All I can say is Jake, Jerry and Andy (owners of Eurocharged) Have always been upfront with me. Yes Jake might have been slow by a couple of days answering an email or two but he was out of town (country) on business. After several emails and phone conversations with them I actually towed my car from New Orleans to Illinois for them to do the work on my car. While I was up there I learned a couple of things. (1). These guys are very knowledgeable about what they sell and I doubt anyone has the knowledgeable these guys have regarding our cars, MB's or BMW's. (2) They started Eurocharged because of their passion for performance especially in European based cars.
(3) ONE THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THESE GUYS, THEY HAVE NEVER COLLECTED A DIME OFF THIS BUSINESS TO DATE AND THEY ARE PAYING THERE DUES JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. THEY HAVE SOME OF THE BEST MECHANICS AND TUNERS ONE COULD HAVE ON PAYROLL AND TRUST ME THEY ARE PAYED BEFORE EVERYTHING ELSE.
If I could, they would be the only people I would allow to put a wrench to my car, as it is I will probably bring my roadster to them two or three more times until I hold ownership to the worlds fastest srt--6 roadster! I might already be there and I'm not drunk!!!

Howard,
I apologize for the lack of communication to you as well as the rest of the people trying to get in touch with me over the week. I needed to remove myself from the business to handle some personal issues. Sometimes it all becomes a little overbearing. Anyway that's not a justification for not being in touch. Your Products are scheduled for a Monday delivery, 7/13/09. I've got about 30 voicemails and a bunch of emails to get to this upcoming week. I'll be at Carlisle for the weekend and then back in full business mode by Monday. I will email your tracking info in the AM.
I appreciate the support from everyone on the forum and the patience Mr. Carter has exhibited with this matter.

Sorry for not sending the email yet. The shipping label is in my car and I'm at carlisle. I drove my prius and apparently toyota isn't part of chrysler, whatever. Maybe if they made a hybrid they wouldn't be out of business... Should be going back to it in a couple hours or so.
Well, I know the people working on after market parts for these cars of ours, have other jobs, and this is side-line so to speak...I am glad you are out there, and I am willing to wait....so my suggestion is this, hand out the sign on your door, computer in this case, back in a day, two days, two weeks, but let us know some how...and that should be good enough...keep up the good work, and the good mods...
