FYI - Professor Woody doesn't like the Gatorback belt. Seems to be working just fine on this application.

using your method, is it possible to get the belt back on with the 185 pulley? i know i can slide the belt off, but im concerned that even if i tighten the tesioner pulley so i can crank on it to give the system some play to slide the belt back on, it either wont be enough or the amount of cranking necessary will loosen the tensioner pulley bolt......thats why i was using the other bolt on there

i was able to take off the tensioner pulley and use the aftermarket one waldig recommended. I have a 185 crank and i didnt have any trouble putting back the oem belt. But my oem pulley was shaved a little from 74mm to 71mm though.
This thread needs to be possibly a sticky or a how to, as I’ve seen recently a couple of owners on FB and one in a thread have this happen and I just so happened upon it as I mutilated the torx head on mine a couple of months as well.
