Ok.. so this banter, while fun to read, is getting somewhat old... my $.02

On a separate note, the weather forecast has taken a turn for the worse this weekend at MIR...so it looks like distantpulse and I will not be making the drive. Thanks to MD for the DR offer, but it looks like we will not be needing them afterall...

It seems to never fail to rain (or snow) on the weekends when the track is open.

cruizin this is getting old, until you can post proof of your mods and your times then it did not happen, simple as that.

as for modifying cars, everyone does it their way. If you do not like it then do not do it. Simple as that. Some will just end up slower than others.

Yea Sac got cancelled as well. Kudos to MD for being ready to help. You guys can't catch a break. Bulldogger was also ready to go, and already rented a trailer. I agree this thread got old 20 posts ago. You guys with some integrity are legitimately trying to hit 11's and beyond. Hopefully a track day is setup again before your closed for the winter.

They are trying to set up next Sunday as a rental day, it being the last possible day that MIR is open before spring...not sure if I will be attending either way, had already made plans for next weekend.

heard a rumor there were forecasting snow in Houston this weekend. WTF

That's messed up. Haha I would love to ship my car down and fly down, but that seems like it would be a bit dificult at any point.
