what a dissapointment
I recently received the original luggage to my SRT6 roadster. I discovered it has a VIN. Not to my car but to itself. This luggage is very exclusive. My SE luggage has no VIN.

It's in the bag - St. Louis Business Journal
Yes, the sets have a serial number and can be registered with Chrysler. If they are lost, they can be traced back to the owner through the s/n. I received an original set with my roadster (which I bought new) and last year a guy was selling sets through this forum and I bought a set for my SRT6 plus a set for my son (who owns the 2007). More luggage than I'll even need but at the time the price, I think $140 set, was too good to pass up.
