Car feels like it hits a wall

Car feels like it hits a wall
Thera time when I mash the gas I gose ball to the wall but there are time where it feels like I can't get out of it's own way and sometime when it's ripping at right after about 80-100 it hit a wall as well.
What could this problem be?

Haha sorry guy it's my girlfriends car . I drive a turbo mustang so this srt6 is very new to be but she gave me permission to do what I want to it .

I would start off with replacing the current English and grammar module in your ECU. It is a simple flash that only requires a slight education. Then I would look at the intercooler.
